I had an amazing stay at Verno House. The design of the hotel is beautiful and every detail is taken care of. The reception staff was very helpful and welcoming, and the room was clean, cozy, and had a lovely view. The daily cleaning service by the friendly cleaning lady was a nice touch. The location of the hotel in the center was perfect. The included spa was fantastic, although I wish there was a cooling pool after the sauna. The breakfast, although not plentiful, had fantastic quality ingredients with fresh vegetables, fruits, and different kinds of eggs. The coffee and tea ordered at the bar were great. Additionally, the hotel is dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for me. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful design, great location, and excellent service.

The view from the room was stunning, we could see the city from above and it was breathtaking. The breakfast had a good selection of food and the staff greeted us kindly every morning. The spa was very relaxing and they had some great massage options.

The drain in the bathroom was clogged and water would not run properly. We also had some issues with the SPA facilities and they were not operational for some days during our stay, which was very disappointing as we were looking forward to it.

We were mesmerized by the exclusivity of this hotel from the moment we arrived. The high ceilings and luxury furnishings of the room left us in awe. The impeccable attention to detail fulfilled our every need, from the Rituals body cream to sparkling water bottles and a Marshall speaker. The spa and wellness center allowed us to unwind and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect stay.

The room service menu was limited, leaving us wanting more. However, this minor issue didn't take away from the luxurious amenities of this hotel.

Located in the heart of a bustling area with stunning views from some rooms and a lovely lobby. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, and spotlessly clean. Friendly and knowledgeable staff makes you feel at home. Great breakfast with a wide variety of options. Toiletries and coffee machine provided free of charge. A mini-fridge is included in the room.

We had a great time at this hotel. Best aspects were the friendly staff who provided excellent service, beautiful and clean facilities, convenient location close to transportation and stunning views from our room. Breakfast options were good and we enjoyed the spa services.

Our romantic escape was amazing thanks to the details offered by the hotel. The room was spacious and stylish, with a fantastic view. The bath was a real treat and added to the romantic atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to nice restaurants and walking distance to the main sights. The staff was always helpful and made us feel welcome. We really enjoyed the spa, a great place to relax after a long day exploring.

Although we had an amazing stay, there were a few downsides. The room service menu was a bit limited, and we had trouble finding something to eat when we arrived late.
